The New Tab button and Safari Stand buttons etc disappear with every Safari restart. So I guess we're back to having to pay $2 for the privilege of having a New Tab button in Safari.
Great! great!

This review was originally posted on VersionTracker.com.
This is a great app! Only thing I know of that saves all of my open tabs when I quit so that I have them again when I get back to Safari. Especially useful when switching to Vista in Boot Camp. Unfortunately the current version doesn't work with Safari 3.o beta.
Has worked well for me

This review was originally posted on VersionTracker.com.
I've been using a combination of this app, Saft and Safari Enhancer. The big upside is that Safari is far more flexible, tweakable and fun. I can recover fromn crashes and get right back where I was, I can pre-set various groups of tabs to open, I can use the sidebar effectively, I can gain speed by turning off the cache, etc, etc.
The (so far) small downside, is that I have experienced what seems like a slight increase in the number of freezes and/or crashes. However, those are still pretty rare, and with this software I can get back to where I was in just seconds.
But given the reports below, I can imagine that certain combinations of Safari related apps could be a bit toxic and lead to problems on certain computers
That said, I'd say this is really worth a try. You can always remove it if Safari starts getting funky.

This review was originally posted on VersionTracker.com.
There are tons of features here, and I've only scratched the surface. The Actions button alone is remarkable.
I especially love the thumbnail tabs at the left. Is there a way to disable the normal Safari tab bar? That would be a nice addition; could use just the thumbnails to navigate the tabs, and free up a tiny bit of screen space in the bargain.
Fabulous! Thanks for the Universal Binary

This review was originally posted on VersionTracker.com.
Took an hour on the phine with the Apple rep and another 45 minutes on my own to frigure out that it was the latest version of SafariStand that was making all my setting (My Yahoo, Google preferences, VersionTracker preferences, Amazon 1-click, etc.) all get lost upon quitting Safari. Couldn't get them back to normal until I deleted SafariStand, including the "Stand" folder in user/librarysafari/stand. Then they all worked fine again.
Needs to be fixed, please.
This safari add-on rocks...
