Convert Ragnar's Village Wotankeld to Rune multiplayer action.

This is a conversion of Ragnar's Village Wotankeld from Rune singleplayer. It is now a deathmatch level. Weapons, bounce tarps, and powerups have been added, and it was designed for 3-16 people.
