Good starter program for folks with just a few employees

Pros
I particularly like the skills set, the knowledges set for the job titles. Saves a lot of work. A bit cumbersome to get from data entry of employee info to the actual production of an appraisal - in fact I am not there yet.
Cons
Haven't figured out exactly how to produce the appraisal yet and it is not intuitive.
