Don't buy Revention POS

- I honestly can't think of one. I've used 7 POS systems and this one does all the same everyday stuff. As long as it doesn't crash it seems to work ok. I have found it crashes or locks up a few times most days and it likes to hang on to your credit card batches.
- Cons
- Super expensive with the worst customer service. So shifty that, as a customer, it took me weeks just to learn the names of the "executive team" and even they won't admit to having a boss. BTW his name is Jeff Doyle and he should be ashamed of himself. I know from experience how hard it is to trust employees with your customer's experience but Mr Doyle's executive team takes bad treatment to a new level.
- Summary
- I'm 7 weeks in and have been waiting patently for my install to be completed. I was made aware this week that the sales person misrepresented the product. When I brought the issue to management they clearly had no interest in resolving my issue. when I tried to return the product under the "satisfaction guarantee" they threatened to sue me because I am outside 30 days. plus they took my old equipment and software in a "buy back program" so what choice is there. Don't let these people anywhere near your business. I wish I hadn't
