The Restaurateur app lets you sketch out and financially plan for market fit on potential rental property by predicting sales based on standard key performance indicators and common industry ratios. Enter the size of your space, price per space unit (i.e. square foot), average check amount, and cost ratios + monthly expenses and Restaurateur instantly builds a Profit & Loss, calculates your break-even (in sales and checks), and alerts you when your ratios fall outside industry guidelines.Easily create/edit/delete profiles for different concepts and/or rental properties. Take your results to your potential landlord to negotiate lower rent or into your favorite business planning software to prepare for banks and investors.Why ratios? Your plan ratios are the first thing banks and investors are going to look at when they see your business plan. If you can't pass Restaurateur app's ratio test (see the results tab, all green? Good!), you need to tweak your profile until you do. Restaurateur app is not a comprehensive business planning suite, but hopes to be the conduit between the restaurant you're dreaming of opening and the business plan that gets your doors open.
