Needs a lot of work

Pros
It is free with a nice modern interface and easy to use.
Cons
The BIG con is the notes section. You want to write what the customer said so you can recall it later. However, the notes section only allows you read one line of notes in a tiny narrow box and you have to scroll through the notes like an LED reader-board. This one feature makes the entire CRM worthless in my opinion. Fix this so that the user can review large, wide paragraphs of notes at a time and you have a winner.
