Red Frost strands you in post-apocalyptic Russia, ravaged by nuclear fallout and endless winter. Players must scavenge, craft, and manage their corruption to survive. It's a bleak world, but one with a potentially gripping story.

  • Pros

    • Intriguing 'corruption' mechanic adds a horror element | Exploration in large, open areas is promising | Story-driven narrative should give purpose to the scavenging | Mobile base offers a safe haven amidst the dangers

  • Cons

    • No firm release date; vaporware fears are real | Survival games are a crowded genre; needs to stand out | Balancing corruption sounds tedious if not done well
