Create 3D scans of objects using PrimeSense depth sensors.
RecFusion allows to interactively create 3D scans of objects in color using PrimeSense depth sensors (inlcuding the Microsoft Kinect and the Asus Xtion Pro Live). The generated 3D model can be exported to the formats PLY, OBJ and STL. It can also be uploaded to the SketchFab online 3D model viewing service. In addition, the software offers post-processing tools for smoothing, decimating and cleaning the 3D model. The size and position of the reconstruction volume can be interactively adjusted before recording. Non-cubic reconstruction volume sizes are supported.
