Moreover, its various wet tools - watercolors, acrylics or ink pen can be combined with pastels, pencils or any other dry media tools, in wonderfully intuitive ways. Rebelle 3 unites tradition and technology with an original approach. Custom color palettes are great, you can recreate the palette from any image, powerful image tracing, clean ui

I miss basic selection tool
Summary
Overall, this app is nothing short of a miracle. I enjoy working with traditional w/c and this software recreates them perfectly. I feel that some important tools are missing (selection, resize) but I truly believe they will be added along the way. If you love painting with watercolors or acrylics, this app is a must-have.

Summary
For me personally the simplicity and speed of it is excellent - I used to use Corel Painter but I found that too many tools can be confusing, and it used to lag a lot. Still hoping for iOS version, I have an iPad Pro and I can't help thinking that it would be wonderful to have Rebelle on it too.

so easy to learn, beautiful watercolor and acrylics, fluid simulation is out of this world

sometimes the app freezes when there is lots of washes on the canvas, but that is absolutely understandable. reason to get a faster computer :D
Summary
I have been using Rebelle for some time and it is the best digital watercolor tool you can get on the market right now - the simulation of colors and water is just amazing. I remember that after I downloaded Demo I just sit there and played with it for nearly three hours and just could not believe what I saw. Great app.

Traditional artists can finally tap into the digital as Rebelle offers such a realistic experience. I know there are some tools missing such as palette knives or various brush shapes that are commonly used in traditional painting but I believe they will be a part of Rebelle in the future. And after that, no other application will be able to compete with Rebelle when it comes to "natural-media".

I am very impressed by this app. The way Rebelle imitates watercolor flow is absolutely unique, I never saw an app that can do these kinds of effects. There is not a big learning curve - I just dove in & right away I was on my way where I wanted to go. It's just incredible the natural effects you can create with it, it's better then any other app I've worked with so far.
