  pretty much everything, but my main issue is that I can't use any html web template it has to be one of theirs and theirs suck.

  if you're looking for software to manage you personal site easily and don't mind a site that looks old and outdated it is something to consider. The main appeal here is you really don't need to learn anything it is super easy to use.

  It's cheap. That's the only pro I can think of. But, then, if you spend more time working on getting it to work than on using it to DO work, how great of a deal is it?

  Using this program has been a nightmare for me. I get one error code after another. For example, if you delete all of your properties to start over, you get a "record not found" error when you attempt to re-enter properties. The program is very weak in error-handling. If you're not technically adept, you might find this software frustrating.

  Very basic. Poor web page layout, cannot change currency without altering all the templates. Not been upgraded since I purchased it 2 years ago. I now use Jade Property suite from JadeTools, though more money at least you get search facility and proper customer support. ok to get web site off the ground but not very impressive.

  The program interface is very easy to use, as long as you intend to use the one free template Code9 provides, or if you purchase additional templates from them. That's the ONLY good thing about it.

  The program seems half-baked. It COULD have been a nice program, but it seems to me that they got it working enough to sell it and then stopped development. The interface is easy to use, but there is no documentation on modifying the templates. I'm a pro, but it took me two days of trial and error before I understood the relationship between the assorted files that make up the "website" versus the program files--not as simple as you might think. They provide you with only two templates when you purchase the program--a Flash and a non-Flash of the same ugly template. They require you to spend $34.99 for template packs if you want more. If you want to use your own design, as I did, you have to untangle the illogical file structure. Worst of all is "customer service"--about half the time I wasn't able to get a person on the phone to answer questions, and when I did she acted like I was stupid. They do respond to trouble tickets, but I didn't have 24 hours to wait for answers. Do yourself a favor, get something else...ANYTHING else, but save the headache and stay away from this under-developed and poorly supported program.
