Share your Internet modem connection with the LAN.

The RASVoter server automatically connects if requested by any client, and disconnects again if no client needs the connection anymore. The server automatically checks whether all the clients have revoked their connection vote, so you don't have the problem that a user closes the connection while another one still requires it. The users do not have to arrange among themselves.
