  I am using a 56k modem on a Compaq 1.1Ghz computer with CompuServe as my internet provider. Over time I was becoming increasingly annoyed at getting cut off the internet at any sign of idleness. Finally I decided to try out Rasputin 1.6,a simple pinging devise in the hope that it would help aleviate the problem. The trial period lasted 30 days. I lost track of the time and on the 31st day was jolted back to reality when CompuServe started cutting me off again. Rasputin had done it's job well. At that point it was very clear to me that I would need to buy the program....right away! Only $10 for a program that worked flawlessly was a STEAL!
