Go beyond paper and do Radiology. this app is a teaching and reference resource focused on clinically relevant cardiac anatomy that will be of interest to medical students, residents and fellows and experienced cardiovascular imagers. the app contains fully interactive, scrollable cross-sectional imaging datasets with thousands of images and over 20, 000 annotations. the app has a dynamically searchable index with hundreds of anatomical entities that directly link to the relevant cardiac structure in several different orientations: transverse, coronal and sagittal orientations as well as the cardiac axes (horizontal long axis, vertical long axis and short axis). In addition to displaying every anatomic structure in the heart, the app contains clinically relevant information such as commonly-used systems to report coronary artery CT scans according to recommendations from the Society for Cardiovascular Computed Tomography (SCCT) and maps of coronary artery perfusion territories in different anatomical orientations.
