  Frames are as easy as a right click. Help files got me started OK, needs more samples though. Best image handling I've seen for a simple HTML program. Some advanced feature like Java Applets make this one well worth my time.

  It is necessary to do a search to find their web site, always a bad sign. Their screen shot link doesn't work - another bad sign. When I tried to contact them, their web site was so slow that I gave up after 5 minutes. If this is the way they do business prior to a sale, what is it like afterward? Pass on this, as their support appears to be in the same league as Actual Drawing, the worst company I've experienced.
