The new Q-Pulse Mobile App helps you modernise and transform the business processes for quality and safety management. The App is cross-platform and device independent, opening up new levels of accessibility, improving user experience and adoption, and delivering actionable business intelligence from the field. All of the currently existing Q-Pulse mobile apps (Document Management, Audit Management and Reporting) will be consolidated into this single app during the course of 2016. Currently the Q-Pulse Mobile App offers a complete mobile Reporting solution that delivers a range of operational and business benefits including efficiency savings, better collaboration and communication, data accuracy and timeliness, better system adoption and user engagement, increased situational awareness and faster response times and increased visibility of emerging issues. Audit and Document Management functionality is coming later in the year. Mobile ReportingEfficiency savings Workers no longer need to return to an office or hot desk in order to submit a report. This allows them to spend more time doing their job and less time on non-productive activities such as travel and paperwork. In addition to the obvious productivity benefit, this can also deliver significant savings through reduced or eliminated overtime.Better collaboration and communication Real time mobile reporting makes operational information available to everyone in the organisation immediately. Colleagues can share information about issues and work together to resolve them in real time. Data accuracy and timeliness Fresh data is more accurate. The issue or incident is fresh in the mind and the details have not been confused by the rest of the days activities. Moreover, when a report is submitted via a mobile app, the responses can be guided using drop-down boxes and constrained options.
