Puja Parikrama for Android

Puja Parikrama is an Android app designed for navigating Kolkata's vibrant festival scene. It offers a live map featuring over 660 pandals and 1,200 amenity locations, tailored specifically for events like Durga Puja. Users can create personalized walking itineraries based on their starting point and available time, making it easier to explore the city during crowded festivals. The app also includes a Mahalaya countdown and an emergency helplines directory for quick access to essential information during busy periods.

The app enhances user experience with a community-driven reporting system for crowd and weather conditions. This feature allows users to submit real-time updates on crowd sizes and rain, which are displayed on the interactive map. Puja Parikrama operates offline, ensuring that saved routes and maps remain accessible even when network coverage is limited. This makes it an ideal tool for both locals and visitors looking to efficiently navigate Kolkata’s festival landscape.
