Monitor work orders pending for repairs.

Capture location coordinates upon checking in or out from a work order.

Verify equipment to be repaired using the bar code scanning feature.

Use the camera feature to capture before/after service images.

Update resolution notes and add parts to work orders.

Move work orders to different stages of completion (Open, Acknowledge, In Progress, Completion, and Sign Off).
