Robust project management software with great support.

Pros
Multiple tools and features to help you track users, time, expenses, projects and tasks, deadlines, budgets and more. Customer support is very quick to assist. Online access lets us work from home or on the road.
Cons
- Reporting features can be tweaked but I would like a few more options, such as the ability to print two or three client views instead of ALL or ONE. - Quickbooks add-on not robust enough for me to use in billing. Again, it's an ALL or ONE choice. - Latest versions of Firefox do not work well with ProWorkFlow 8. We have to use the Chrome browser for best performance. -Cost is $20 per user per month.
