Welcome to Property Empire, the idle investment game where you play the role of a real estate tycoon. Become an industry magnate by buying properties in three different sectors. Begin your career as a real estate tycoon by selecting one of three property sectors you wish to play. From here invest in properties available in that category to increase your earnings, both in money and skill points. Buy as many as you like of each property, you are trying to build a real estate company after all.On the main menu, you will find a challenges page where there are tasks for you to complete. Only when you have finished all of these can you call yourself a true real estate tycoon. As mentioned above, you gain bonuses for buying a particular amount of a property type, so sticking with it may be worth it to get the boost. Alternatively, it's sometimes worth investing in a new property, as it can earn drastically more than the last.

You will need to find out what works for you, so that you can get the biggest earnings from your investments. The purpose of earning money is to build up your skill points, so you want to get there as quickly as possible so you have more to spend when you ascend.
