Project Rot blends real-time strategy with horror, casting you as Nicole. She's a young girl working through loss via clever puzzles and tense exploration. It's emotionally charged, to say the least.

  • Pros

    • Atmospheric settings really dial up the storytelling | Enemies' emotional states add depth to combat | Simultaneous action mechanics keep you on your toes

  • Cons

    • Real-time strategy may not appeal to all horror fans | Narrative themes can be emotionally heavy | Some puzzles felt a little too obtuse
