Not bad, but there are better options available

Pros
Easy to use. Good especially for beginner spreadsheet users.
Cons
Not as robust / comprehensive for advanced spreadsheet users, modelers, financial analysts, etc.
Summary
IMHO, FormulaRx and Audinator.com are probably the two best options out there. SpACE isn't bad either,but a little bit outdated (and a little slow).

Pros
What an excellent auditor tool for spreadsheet validation! Has helped our company speed risk assessment efforts with it's extensive cell and formula analysis. Also really like the interactive dependency diagrams, and the color scheme tool. Worth every penny!
Cons
Spreadsheet audit trail is in a separate product from this company.

I never knew so much about my spreadsheets.

It is intuitive, easy to use. Shows me stuff I would never have been able to know about the complexity of my spreadsheets.
Cons
Not much. Desktop search feature seems nice, but needs to be installed seperately.
