PrintUsage Pro reduced printing costs for our company.

Pros
We found the Swipe and Print feature to be very useful because it let us make sure that our printed documents would end up in our own hands. The quota system also prevented a lot of print waste.
Cons
No significant flaws with the program. It was pretty easy to set up.
