• American Systems Version 7.1 does not work

  Previous versions did work great and would have continued to use version 7.1 if they worked with me to resolve their DOWNLOAD problem so i could have used it.

  Cons

  Purchased version 7.1. Their download did NOT work. Sent over 7 emails asking for help. No help. Went to the Print Screen Website. Called PHONE NUMBER listed on web site. That is a BOGUS PHONE NUMBER. Called credit card company and got my money back.

  Pros

  So simple to install. Just press the "PrintScreen" key on your keyboard and this program does the rest. Has all of the functions I would ever need.

  Auto grey-scale is handy.

  Cons

  Gliches include desktop icon duplication with every mouse click (in certain circumstances) and problems with cropping a 'scrolled screen' - once you work out how to capture one! To be useful, this tool needs to simple to use and flawless in functioning... And it's neither.
