The polargofit.com web service is where you can plan your courses. Then simply take an iPad to your PE class and use the GoFit app to see how each student is performing. After the class, the data from that session is automatically updated in the polargofit.com web service. This allows you to get information on individual students throughout the academic year. During the class each student wears a Polar H7/H10 heart rate sensor or a Polar A360/A370/M200/M430 monitor, allowing you to follow their heart rate on the go. You can teach the whole class and at the same time guide each student personally. The GoFit app helps your students to learn to stay within set target heart rate zones to achieve certain health benefits. Based on their effort, the app rewards them with badges. Students find this system highly motivating, while the data that you gather allows you to guide each of them to a better outcome.
