After the class, the data from that session is automatically updated in the polargofit.com web service. This allows you to get information on individual students throughout the academic year. During the class each student wears a Polar H7/H10 heart rate sensor or a Polar A360/A370/M200/M430 monitor, allowing you to follow their heart rate on the go. You can teach the whole class and at the same time guide each student personally. The GoFit app helps your students to learn to stay within set target heart rate zones to achieve certain health benefits. Based on their effort, the app rewards them with badges.
