Point Nepean is a one of Victoria's truly beautiful natural landscapes, located 90 minutes from Melbourne on the very tip of the Mornington Peninsula. It has a rich indigenous history and played an important role in shaping the early settlement, quarantine and defence of Victoria. It has outstanding coastal scenery and panoramic views of Bass Strait, the Rip and Port Phillip Bay.Using the audio tours of Point Nepean, you can explore the military forts and tunnels, discover the historic Quarantine Station, view the memorial where Prime Minister Harold Holt went missing or simply enjoy the coastal surrounds and learn about the natural habitat and the indigenous history of the Park. There is one complete tour of the Park, or three separate smaller tours, one of the Quarantine Station, one of the Fort and one guiding you around the military history and natural wonders of the park.
