Poetry Cat for iOS

Poetry Cat helps students learn poetic devices. It does this by hooking students with fun and innovative gameplay. In order to progress further in the game, students will need to learn 10 poetic devices: simile, metaphor, personification, hyperbole, understatement, alliteration, allusion, rhyme, repetition, and onomatopoeia.

Students will practice identifying these techniques in lines of poetry. There are 50 levels and 500 questions. Are you a reading, language arts, or English teacher?
