Play music from your iPod while connected to your PC.

Pod Player is an application to be used with your iPod. It allows you to play music from your iPod while it is connected to your PC. When launched, it will look for an attached iPod and when it finds one it will read the music database on the iPod. You will then be able to views your songs in a similar way as in iTunes (by artist, genre, album, playlist). You can now also extract songs from it. There are a few little extra features such as iPod Hacks checking for duplicates. You can play your music on any computer when you iPod is connected without the need to install any programs such as iTunes.

Does exactly what it says. Super fast extraction. Very simple to use.
Cons
Won't install on my computer that runs Window vista.
Summary
Big shame to Apple that won't allow allow transfer of files from ipod to other devices. I urge all users of pod players to donate to the developer.

Small, dont even need to install it, and its great for copying your music to a new computer right from the iPod

Pros
It's tiny, works, works on windows, and can extract your music back onto your computer keeping the song title and data. It can be stored on the ipod, plugged into any pc, and used.
Cons
When you minimise it disapears to the system tray, but other than that it's perfect.

Works like a charm !! The music quality is great .... just like you're listening on your ipod , ... No need to install , ... more than that , the file size is so small so that i can put it in my ipod and take it with me ... <p>A MUST HAVE ..
