Place a slide dock digital clock on your Windows desktop.

PNG_As_Clock is a skinable OSD layered clock. Features include image is a window. Its console includes -hover: start with mouse cursor activation mode, -nblink: start with non-blinking mode, and -skin: skin path, example: -skin "skin/tube/v1". Controls are cursor: show or hide clock (mouse hover mode), LMD: show or hide clock (mouse non-hover mode), RMB: change hover or non-hover mode, and MMB: close clock.
