PMA ServiceCenter is an inexpensive, easy-to-use program that provides the capabilities small to medium size service businesses need to manage their biggest asset - their customers - in more efficient and more profitable ways. Use it to: 1. Maintain a customer information database 2. Maintain an equipment/property list for each customer 3. Maintain a service history for each customer 4. Schedule service calls 5. Create simple one-page or complex multi-page contracts 6. Keep track of what needs to be done 7. Print mailing labels and pre-addressed form letters 8. Create and print a variety of word processing documents 9. Create and print work orders ( new feature in version 2.000 ) 10. Quickly and easily find needed customer information 11. Analyze the data you collect about your customers The program is a state-of-the-art design using the Microsoft .Net Framework that will serve as the foundation of the next generation of Internet web sites and Windows desktop applications. It will operate only on Windows XP, 2000, or upcoming versions of Windows and is written in C# - Microsoft's newest programming language. PMA ServiceCenter made up of three separate modules, each of which functions as a separate working program: the servicecenter module The ServiceCenter Module is the "working" portion of the program where you maintain your customer lists, equipment/property lists, service histories, schedule service calls, create contracts for specific customers, maintain a To Do list, and create work orders. the mail module The Mail Module is where you print mailing labels, create and print pre-addressed form letters, and create and print the various word processing documents needed by your business. the utility module The Utility Module is the general maintenance portion of the program where you perform database maintenance operations, create pre-defined contracts, and perform other program support functions.
