The application provides a place to keep a list of all of your current doctors with phone numbers for easy access and to provide accurate information to all your doctors, not just a Plastic Surgeon. We also give you a place to keep a list of your current medications and doses to ensure your health and safety before you submit yourself to any procedure. There is a contact form where you can e-mail your questions and concerns. And when you fill out our contact form, you have the option of emailing us a high quality photo quickly! We also included a brief questionnaire to help you determine if you are ready to schedule a consultation or not.
