This is one of the smallest screensavers we have ever tested. For its 29KB installer, Plasma Screensaver is a bargain. We might endlessly watch its play of colors. To boost the pleasure, Plasma Screensaver offers a set of configuration options, such as speed, magnification, focus, resolution, and screensaver thread priority. The program is claimed shareware but we found no trial restrictions. The only minus is that the app can ??t install itself as a screensaver leaving the job to you. If you don ??t mind this small effort, Plasma Screensaver will be a nice addition for your Desktop.

I love this screen saver. Fully adjustable, requires fast processor and fast Heavy Duty graphics card for higher speeds and resolutions. However, haven't been able to find an explanation for this: Zone Alarm detects plasma.scr trying to connect to the internet while it is on. This requires some further looking into. Judging from the programming skill of the author, and the mere fact that this software is free and so easy to install, i wonder...

DO NOT ATTEMPT TO INSTALL!! After the installation is complete, you will get and illegal operation message. This program does not work. It's a waste of time and computer space. Move on to something better. Thumbs down x 10
