Good set of features but...

Cons
The program won't event start in your computer until you install 300MB stuff of Java. Steep learning curve. Too big. Hides stuff beneath it.
Summary
If you just want to download right now and use a screenruler this is NOT the tool for you. If you have some spare time and computer space to install and configure Java, and then some time to read its manual, then maybe you will like it. Please note that Firefox marks Java and 'serious security threat' and disables it.
