PictureScaler is a tool for optimizing one or more images simultaneously. PictureScaler allows you to resize, rotate (automatically and JPEG lossless), and set a target file size for your pictures. It also will convert among various image formats, create thumbnails, and retain digital-camera data (EXIF). Configurable presets can be used to save time and resize reproducibly. Version 1.6 may include unspecified updates, enhancements, or bug fixes.
