Pico - fast, easy collages for iOS

Pico is designed to make the collage-making process as streamlined as possible, giving you the freedom to create and share your collages quickly. Pick out your photos, choose a layout, make some tweaks, and you're ready to share a memory with friends and family via email or Instagram.

The main page of this app defines the word Pico as "to easily create beautiful collages and share them with your friends and family." Below that, there's a button to start creating a collage. Tap that, and you'll be taken immediately to your camera roll, where you can select up to five images to include in your collage. When you have the photos you want, tap "Next" to move on to the next step, which is picking a layout. For each set of photos, there are six different possible layouts. When you tap one of the layouts, the app will automatically place the selected photos into the available spaces. From there, you can drag and drop them to different spots, slide or resize them in place, or double-tap them to edit. From the editing screen, you have access to tools for enhancing the image quality and illumination, adding filters, adjusting focus, and drawing on the image, itself. When all of the photos are just the way you want them, tap "Next" to save or share your collage.

From the sharing screen, you can save your collage to your camera roll, or you can choose to export the image directly to email or Instagram. The only other option on the page is to go back and start making a new collage. This free app works well and has a highly intuitive interface that really does make putting together a collage easier than ever.
