  Customer service is non existent. I spent $ 42 bucks to buy this but they sent me a wrong registration number. You cannnot reach cust support. Try emailing support@fuzzsoft.com that email does not even exists! Stay away from this product.

  They're not replying to their email. <p> <p>I would submit that these products should <p>be rated not only on their value as a product <p>but on the vendor's responsiveness. <p> <p>Doesn't matter how great the product if <p>for whatever reasons vendors turn a deaf <p>ear to their customers, that should be known BEFORE spending money on even a <p>well rated product. <p> <p>Otherwise it's just a waste of time and <p>money. <p> <p>Still waiting on a registration key which <p>they promised in 48 hours. It's going on <p>3 days now. No key, no reply to a followup <p>message. <p> <p>Don't waste your money.

  Not professional work, but an idea is good.

  The program not is safe for the operating system. Many restarts and errors. <p>Gets not all files correctly. <p>Some links does not process. <p>The buttons and menus are not comfortably located.

  It proved to be a complete flop. After numerous attempts...and failures at attempting to recognize direct image links, I uninstalled this. I suppose it's possible that the bought version might work at times, but I was unwilling to make that assumption based on the trial version's utter failure.

  I've tried all the pic downloaders out there and this is the only one that downloads pix from forums and php sites well. Most of the others dont download anything
