  Easy to use with a tiny learning curve. Wide selection of script type and colors to use.

  There are no presets so you have to physically setup the features each session of use. Photo Captions doesn't automatically 'see' the size or shape of the photo. So you have to physically change the aspect ratio in the size tab.

  Summary

  If what you are looking for is just a basic caption across the bottom of your photo, this is your program. Some of the extra features that come with program is a feature that will put a white or colored border around the picture. You can enlarge or shrink the picture. You can soften the sharpness of the final picture.The program 'defaults' with a white border around the picture so each session you turn Photo Captions on ,if you want no border you have to manually go in and remove the border feature. Another think to remember with Photo Captions is if you are captioning a photo that is tall and thin you have to go into the 'aspect ratio' tab and physically change the standard 5x7 to 7x5, to get the correct view of the photo and proper caption placement. Once you have the program all set up it is fast and easy to use. You can do hundreds of photos in an hour. The cost of $10 I found very reasonable for what I got.
