I had some issues with my registration procedure of version 1.4.4 and in no time I received an appropriate answer to all my questions. This application is exceptionally powerful and very well written but the support that the users receive from its programmer makes it even hundred times better. ...sales support<br />This review was originally posted on VersionTracker.com.<br />I bought phone director in 2004/2005 and used it for a long time with my nokia phone and was really happy with it. Then my phone company gave me a sony ericcson W810i and my licence from phone director was no more useful. I mailed this problem to Macmedia and they switched my licence free of charge for a Phone Agent licence. this is incredible after sales support, if only all software companies would treath you this well nobody would steal software no more. This becide the fact that it is a very good app. thanks Macmedia

Support from the author, Peter, has been absolutely phenominal. <br><br> I teach at a university, and sometimes I want to <b>mass-SMS</b> to my students. I have their cell #'s in Excel which is exported to a tab-delimited text file. PhoneAgent easily imports the text file with cell #'s, which enables me to send the same messages to multiple receipients. <br><br> Furthermore, you can now send <b>different messages to different #'s at once</b> as well. I use this new feature to SMS my students' exam scores. They love the quick feedback better than email. <br><br> For anyone looking for a cell phone program, I wholeheartedly recommend PhoneAgent.

This review was originally posted on VersionTracker.com.<br />I installed the Prolific drivers for OS X in hopes of getting my Sony Ericsson Z500A to work with ISYNC with no luck. Then I found this product and was excited when it found my phone. It works great. This software is better than the Sony software for the PC users. It is quick and stable, has a great interface and is easy to use. I don't know why it works with my unsupported phone, but I am Happy!

This review was originally posted on VersionTracker.com.<br />This application is so good. Since getting fed up with my Treo (with mini keyboard)I have been using a Sony Eriksson K700i. It's so much easier to use the computer keyboard to send SMS messages than the silly key key key method! The program sync perfectly with my iMac via bluetooth. SMS messages in and out work just fine. Well worth the money.
