Learn the Peterson Method letter-building process for writing with rhythmic movement. Movement animations are included for all three alphabets; vertical print, italic print and cursive letters. Two levels of movement challenge are provided for each symbol.The app also provides a direct link to numerous training videos. These video presentations offer more information about teaching handwriting skills than any other single source.Use the animations to learn how to write a letter by pointing at the screen to write in the air while chanting aloud. Then, move to paper or a chalkboard for trials. Chant the words and practice moving your pencil in time with your voice as you chant. Peterson-Handwriting was created in 1908. The method has been in continuous use in schools and homes since it was introduced. We are happy to provide you with access to this movement-based strategy for teaching handwriting skills that enable greater fluency to develop.
