The product does not work as advertised and no support.

Pros
This installs easily into Embarcadaro C++Builder XE-3. It does render many, though not all, PDF pages to BMP files.
Cons
It does not handle any PDF with a colored mark or markings. It will extract some single pages of a PDF, but is unable to extract even 50% of the pages we have tested through 4 months of effort. Watermarks and stamps do not work at all. Technical support was spotty the first two months after we paid. The responses were semi-canned and they discussed their efforts - in areas we hadn't reported - while saying nothing about the problems we reported or any fixes, or work-arounds. Now, after 4 months, I can't get any response from them at all. Very expensive.
Summary
I am very unhappy with this product and would neither buy it again, nor recommend it to anyone. The cost was high to begin with, but then to have so many reported issues and then poor to zero technical support, the cost has risen out of sight. We have wasted months of work here trying to make this product work to simply extract pages from PDF documents. We started with their version 4 product and received the version 5 upgrade when it came out. The version 5 product was supposed to be better with the improved font rendering. It does extract and render many pages to BMP files, but it is still below 50% PDF pages. Version 5 now also eats vast amounts of memory, then crashes with Access Violations. I am still waiting for over 30 days for a response from technical support.... Not a fix, a RESPONSE.
