  Limited line items in free version, but it's free

  Summary

  Sure it has limited line items, but it's free, folks, and works very well if you only need 12 lines or less. I used the free version for several years until one architect demanded 3 pages of line items. To me, it was worth the $150 for the license to increase capability. And online support comes with that. This is a very good program and I highly recommend it. It sure beats filling out the AIA from by hand.

  It's a demo version with only 12-line items and a free-to-try version. The real program costs $150. Save your money and look elsewhere.
