PaperFetch allows you to instantly download the PDF file of an article directly from the PubMed search page, by simply clicking on the PMID number in PubMed, which will appear as a green link once you install PaperFetch. PaperFetch will enable you to download articles with a single click, even if there are no "colorful boxes" in the upper-right corner of the PubMed abstract page, given that your institution is subscribed to the journal.

A nice tool for everyday PubMed routine

Pros
- Saves a lot of time on PubMed. - Auto-naming feature is great for storing papers and makes them easily searchable. - Can paste PMID and download a lot of papers in bulk. - Can import a citation file, which is downloaded automatically. - Simple, easy to use interface. - Friendly and prompt customer support.
Cons
- You have to be careful during installation - there is a second part of the software (an internet browser add-on), which has to be installed from here: http://crossrider.com/install/12629. - Doesn't support Safari, but works great on Firefox, Chrome and IE.
Summary
In summary, a great everyday tool, which made my life easier by a whole lot. Definitely, would recommend.
