PAD files allow software developers to submit program information to participating sites without the need of filling in lengthy forms. The finished PAD file is in a predetermined XML format which can be easily read by participating software sites, automatically keeping their archives always up to date. Pros
Works exactly as it should. Simple interface/layout. Easy to use.
Cons
I guess the interface could be improved, but since this program is primarily used by developers, it's not a big deal.
