PackNGo is an integral component of QSIs remote health management and telemaintenance capability. PackNGo is ideal for enterprise applications such as maintaining an installed base of complex systems dispersed over a wide geography. Until 2012 that capability was only available over the internet, a local intranet or by TEAMATE installed on laptop. Diagnostic information gathered from the equipment is processed, diagnostics are performed, and an optimized solution is served to the hand held device.In the background the TEAMS-RDS solution is capable of supporting hundreds or even thousands of client systems. All the diagnostic and troubleshooting results, test outcomes and actions directed by PackNGo are returned and logged into TEAMS-RDS for tabulation and analysis of the maintenance activities.
