We like the clear reporting and connection with paypal. electronic invoice interface also looks neat and easy to use.
Cons
Would like to see more info on how to integrate this with our accounting system and what needs to be done to set up this system on our end.

Pros
I am no longer waiting for checks in the mail. I am getting my availabe funds in my account a week earlier. The Credit Cards are a bonus... I would not have opened a merchant account but it's included. Easy to set up and manage for sure.
Cons
Everything has been easy, no issues so far.
Summary
I can get my work handled and send my invoices from any computer. I don't feel tied to the office. I really recomend the PAAGO Invoice.
Easy to use and good tool for business invoicing

Pros
I have been using this software to send out invoices to my customers. So far it has been very easy to setup and use. My customers now receive our invoices via email and they can click to pay using credit cards or ACH information. The best part is that I can see when my customers have opened the invoice and I am notified immediately when they pay. The customers also like that they get an email receipt for payment. One of the coolest parts is that I recently had a customer tell me they had "mailed the check"...so I asked her to give me the check information over the phone, and I ran the payment right inside of PAAGO software - pretty sweet lol. Overall this has really sped up the time it takes for us to collect payments and we like it alot. We have not had any customer service issues - one time I forgot my password and they were able to help me via email. Highly recommend it for any small business like ours that wants to speed up collections.
Cons
Would love a mobile app for my iPhone. I asked about it and was told there is one in development and would be out sometime during summer. For now, I can access it via the internet browser on my iPad or phone.
Summary
Nice way to avoid sending out paper invoices. Software works as advertised. Also, there is no contract or monthly fees, which is nice for a small business like mine.
Has made my life that much easier...

Pros
I was a little hesitant to transition from sending out paper invoices to sending out electronic invoices,...what a difference! I can now focus on other aspects of my business. It allows my customers to pay me online as soon as they receive my email with their invoices attached. Up until now, great service. What's better than the service, their price. I highly recommend it.

Pros
Makes it so much easier to send invoices to my customers and recieve payment much quicker. Also allows me to accept multiple payment methods through several mediums (online, phone, in person). Customer service is very helpful and quickly responds to any questions I have. An extremely useful tool.
Cons
Have not run into any problems yet.

Pros
Very easy to generate branded e-invoices for immediate delivery. Unlike the "static" invoices that I generated out of QuickBooks, with Paago invoices, my customers can facilitate immediate payment via embedded link, which expedites my collections. Simple & self-explanatory. When I did have a question, Customer Service was extremely responsive.
Cons
None as of yet.
Summary
Paago is as much of a cloud-based Collections tool as it is an Invoicing tool and includes Dashboard status reports, for full visibility of invoicing/collections cycle. Simple, with minimal set-up time; great automation with lots of features for my small business.
