  Doesn't back-up other email accounts within Outlook Express. It chooses which on, only one, that it will back-up. Doesn't give enough information on where the back-up is and also doesn't give you and opportunity to tell the program where you want your back-up stored. All the links on their product are "dead" links, it also tells you to go to their site and get another free program called Outlook Express Restore Wizard.... once you go to their site, that program doesn't exist or at least I didn't see it available. This is one of the worst programs I've ever seen offered here!
