The app provides the facility to record all details of the accident, including child's name, Date of Birth, Place and also body map. The form is signed by the staff, witness and parents before being uploaded to dropbox as a PDF document for safe storage. This app will save the staff lots of valuable time, saves paper and unlitamaitely money without comprising on the legal duties of recording accidents and incidents.
