Open source (GPL) requirements management, change management tool designed to provide traceability to achieve full SDLC design control for features, requirements, design, implementation, and testing. UI for requirements derivation, version control, common or custom attributes - rationale, source, risk, effort. Multi-user, platform independent, 5 databases supported, and two configurations. 2-tier client/server or 3-tier client/J2ee/server.

Version 1.3 has new traceability tree to run audits and facilitate bidirectional tracing. New change management module with custom views and over 20 fields for change requests. New utility for language CSV import/export. Numerous bug fixes, database migration path, and import/export options.
