When a crash is detected by your phone, youll receive an automated call asking if you need help. If you need help, youll immediately be connected with a trained crash responder. If you need an ambulance or police, the crash responder will immediately dispatch them to your exact location.

If we detect a crash and cannot reach you, our responders will look at the data and make a decision as to whether to dispatch police or ambulance.
