• Has everything I need on one screen

  Pros

  It takes 2 clicks or less to get the information I want because all my releases, items and burndowns are in the main view. It also integrates with GitHub so OnTime items can be updated automatically when we commit.

  Cons

  Doesn't have teams so I can't easily organize my devs into groups

  Pros

  Simple, intuitive. I was able to build out my product backlog pretty nicely. It should work with my team.

  Cons

  Layers of complexity. Takes a while to figure out some of the more granular capabilities.

  I figured it was better to check out the updated software than to go with a three year old version.

  Pros

  After using it for 3 years, I really can't think of anything I like about it other than I'm glad it wasn't my decision to purchase it. Of all the software that I use on a daily basis, this is the one which I hate firing up the most.

  Cons

  Bugs - lots of bugs all throughout the software. It's so unstable that I've trained myself to copy and paste what I'm doing into notepad so I don't lose any work when it crashes. Just disconnect your network connection and a crash dialog pops up. Lots of bugs in the editor and UI. Slow - this thing is incredibly slow and once you input enough data it can no longer complete searches and will just crash. Design - the user interface design is really poor. Everything from the overall design and tab views all the way down to the individual dialog layouts. At best its ugly and at worst it leads to bugs & data entry issues. And that's just the windows client -- the web client is even worse.
