OnSync for iOS allows you to change the workspace layout, manage the privileges of other users, communicate via chat, share meeting notes, view screen casts, whiteboard and other media content, record sessions, create polls and invite others to a meeting - all this over a WiFi, 3G or 4G connection. Start collaborating the mobile way and download the free OnSync iOS application today.HOW TO JOIN A MEETINGOnce you've downloaded the free app, there are several easy ways you can connect: Tap the session link in an invitation you may have received Tap the session link in an Instant Message or on a website Open the OnSync app, click "Join Session", enter the URL of the session you want to attend and then connect as a guest or as a registered user.HOW TO HOST A MEETINGOnce you've downloaded the free app, there are several easy ways you can connect to host your meeting: Tap the session link in an email invitation Tap the session link in an Instant Message or on a website Open the OnSync app, click "Join Session", enter the URL of the session you want to host and then log in as a registered user.AUDIOYou'll automatically be connected to the audio in the session and be able to hear others via Voice over IP. Depending on how the host decided to set up the room, you may be able to broadcast voice or video.We highly recommend using a headset, such as the standard headset provided with your device, if you are going to broadcast audio. This will give everyone a much more pleasant experience.If the host has enabled the dial-in option, you can dial into the session using your telephone.
